In what most civil servant called first time in history to receive their salary on 23rd of this month June 2015 unlike before in which they
get alert for the payment of their salary on the 28th or 30th of every month comes with mixed feeling, our correspondent talk with some civil servant who said they were very happy about the development because it afford them the opportunity to plan for their salary on-time while others said they might be force to finish their salary before another month comes.
