 The Iroko tree in the forest as fallen as information reaching us from Afe Babalola Teaching hospital have that the Alaafin of Oyo Iku Baba Yeye Oba Lamidi Adeyemi as join his ancestor in the late hour of yesterday Friday 22nd April, 2022 at Afe Babalola Hospital where he was admitted for some days now.  

Oba Lamidi Adeyemi was born in October 15th,1938 to the family of Alowolodu royal family in Oyo state south west Nigeria.
