The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB and heads institutions in Nigeria at a meeting yesterday in Abuja with people from ministries of Education have peg cut-off mark for 2022/2023 academic session as 140 for University while Polytechnic and College of education is 100 mark.
The JAMB registrar Prof Ishaq Oloyede said that 140 and 100 mark is the minimum any higher institution in Nigeria can use to admit a students, he said any institution can even fix it own cut-off to as high and 220 depending on what the management of the school feel.
