Following the court judgement this morning as the federal high
order the former deputy governor of adamawa state to the return as the governor of the state. Acting Chief Judge of Adamawa State, Justice Ambrose Mammadi, swears in Mr Bala Ngilari as State Governor this after noon and the acting governor as since then appoint a new chief of staff in person of Mallam Chubado Tijjani.
