A suspected suicide attacker has detonated a car
bomb on a busy
road in the Libyan city Tobruk, leaving at least three
people dead, reports say.Dozens of injured were taken to a city medical centre, an eyewitness said.
The blast appears to have taken place close to the city's intelligence headquarters.
Tobruk is the current seat of the Libyan parliament, which moved there because of the deteriorating security situation in the capital Tripoli.
