taste death this were the words from the mouth of some men of God who were
present at the service of song organize by Vetland Old Student’s Association In
Agege (VETOSAN) for Late Mrs Lydia .T. Latona it first Principal when the
school was establish in 1980 at the veterinary area of Oko Oba, Agege in Lagos
south west Nigeria.
Late
,Mrs Lydia .T.Latona died in her sleep on 21st May, 2016 at the age of 76 in
Lagos, the service of song which was organize by VETOSAN bring together former
teachers of the school and past principal of the school.
The event was well attend by old students from
different set, the second principal of the school Mrs Shonola Shoyinka was also
there and former teachers like Mr Adebayo, and Mr Ware, the event started at
about 5pm on 5th September, 2016 with and opening prayer. The event
was anchor by the vice president of the association Pastor Oyedele David
reading from the bible was done by Mrs Shonola Shoyinka.
The event came to an end with service of song led by
the vice president Pastor Oyedele David. Mama will be buried on 9th
September, 2016 at her home town Ogbomosho in Oyo State south west Nigeria.
May her soul rest in peace.
