Secondary Student In Ogun State Found And Return Money To Bank, See Pictures.

There is a say that “Good people still exist in the world” that was the case of a student of a secondary school in Ogun State South
West Nigeria, On 16th Tuesday May, 2017 one Miss Omolabake Samson of Muslim High School Senior Secondary Sabo, Sagamu Ogun State found a purse containing some amount of money and return it to the bank.

            According to source the Miss Omolabake Samson was on her way home after closing from school around after 2pm but at about 2.25PM on her way home she found a purse on the ever busy road Isale Oko Sagamu, she decided to pick up the purse filled with money and ATM card and other document in the purse. Miss Omolabake Samson upon this discovery proceeded to the bank FCMB and sort to see the bank manager she then explain herself and requested for the owner to be contacted and which the bank manager Mr Omotara did that immediately and the owner of the purse Mrs Awofeso was contacted and her purse was handed over to her, according to her she was filled with joy and confirm that it was N18,000 that was in the purse and her ATM card and other document.
According to Mrs Awofeso she wonder if good girl and good Nigerians like this still exist, she then confirm in the presence of the Bank Manager Mr Omotara that her money was intact.

On 17th May , 2017 the Bank manger of the branch at Akarigbo in Sagamu Mr Omotara then write a letter of commendation and brought it to the school on behalf of the bank with a T-Shirt of the Bank, the letter and the T-Shirt was presented to Miss Omolabake Samson at the school general assembly in the presence of her other colleague in school. The presentation was done by the principal of the school Mr David Oyenuga as other teachers watch as he did the presentation.

            Our correspondent find out from the teaching staff and her class teacher that she was in S.S 2 Art student of the school and very intelligent and obedient student, according to her class teacher Mrs Ajilore said Miss Samson Omolabake is a very neat girl and diligent.
It our hope that Nigerians will learn from the good work of Miss Samson Omolabake.
