about 8.33AM, according to an eye witness the robbery uses dynamite to break the door and also the strong room to gain access to the money of the two bank. The two bank affected were First Bank and Zenith Bank which were said to be opposite a police station in Pakodo area of Ikorodu, effort by members of Nigeria Police to stop them prove abortive as it was said that the robbers come with more sophisticated weapon which the police can't face.
One of the bank official confirm to us that alot of money were lost and the robbery operation was successful and the gang of robbers numbering about 16 escape through the ferry the come with.
As at the time of filing this report police formation was having meeting over the robbery attack, the Nigeria Police promise to get to the root of the matter if you recall same robbery attack happened about three weeks ago.
