The former vice president of Nigeria was at the Internally Displaced
Person camp in Adamawa State Northeast of Nigeria to spend some time with the IDP children. The former president was at the IDP also for the launch of the "TELA" which means Technonogy Enhanced Learning For All, this initiative is to help children at the IDP camp to learn.

     The program was supported by the USAID in partnership with some NGO in Nigeria.
