was in New Delhi, India for 4 days official visit to attend the 3rd India-Africa summit use the opportunity to meet with his colleague and course mate at the Staff college India when he was sin the military in the 70s. He was presented with a gift by one of his course mate Rtd Lt . Gen Vinay Shankar when all of them met in LALIT Palace Hotel in New Delhi, India.
