Conduct Tribunal (CCT) in Abuja, the senate president was charge of 13 count charge bordering on false deceleration of his property. He was represented by former NBA chairman Joseph Daudu he argue that his client didn't appear because the chairman was not sitting with other two members but the tribunal chairman responded by telling his lawyer that the constitution say the chairman and a member can sit to hear a case, he however directed that the senate president must appear before it tomorrow 22/09/2015.
