The former chairman of Daar Communications the owner of Raypower and AIT Dr Raymond Dokpesi who was involved in
N2.1 billion scandal involving him and the former national security adviser (NSA) Sambo Dasuki as been granted bail today 14th December, 2015. If you recall Dokpesi was arrested again by the EFCC over money laundering and later charge to court.
