nullified the entire election of Akwa Ibom which usher in the government of Governor Udom Emmanuel of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the election was challenge by the candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) Okon Umana Umana who was not pleased with the judgement of the tribunal about 2 month ago that some local government election should be cancel.
With this judgement the Appeal court as given INEC 90 Days to conduct another election between this time frame.
