after the state Governor Nyesom Wike presented the 2016 budget to the house, a new speaker were unanimously endorsed by the members on the floor of the house .
The new speaker is Hon Adams Daboturidima who represents Okrika constituency, as at the time of filing in the report the former speaker didn't say the reason why he resign but said it was on personal ground.
