The president of Nigerian Muhammadu Buhari on 12th December, 2015 conferred with PhD of letters by the governing council of
Kaduna State University, Kaduna State at the 2nd convocation of the school, the president was decorated by the VC Prof Williams Barnabas and the vistor to the university Governor Nasir El-Rufai.
